The Path That Built My Purpose
Welcome to my journey. In this section, you will gain a clear understanding of my professional path, the principles that guide my work, the organizations I am most passionate about supporting, and how I define success within the fields of HR and recruitment.

My name is Josekutty Manimalethu, but most people simply call me Joe. My journey has been shaped by diverse cultures, meaningful connections, and a deepening understanding of what truly drives people. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master of Business Administration, with a dual focus on International Business and Human Resource Management. I later complemented my academic foundation with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, broadening my perspective on global operations and organizational efficiency.
While education grounded me, travel transformed me. I have explored countries such as Mexico, Canada, the United States, India, Japan, and Dubai, and each destination has added a new layer to how I see the world. Every trip taught me something about life about people, culture, resilience, and perspective. Over time, I realized that the more you travel, the more you learn to understand people. Perhaps that is why I naturally gravitated toward roles that allow me to work closely with individuals from all walks of life.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with people from many different backgrounds, listening to their stories, and understanding what motivates them. These experiences helped me develop what I consider one of my strongest abilities: the art of understanding people. I believe every person carries a story, and taking the time to see beyond a resume or a title makes all the difference in the work I do.
Outside of work, I love to cook and experiment with new cuisines. I am not a traditional book lover, but I push myself to read consistently just enough to keep learning and stay curious. I approach life with optimistic thinking and a positive mindset, both of which have helped me grow personally and professionally. I also value being a good listener, something I consider essential when working in human-centered roles.
My professional path has been as diverse as my travels. I began my journey as a part-time chef, where I learned discipline, service, and teamwork. After completing my studies, I joined the Saskatchewan Health Authority as a Scheduler, later advancing to Administrative Assistant, where I supported operations in a high-demand healthcare environment for two years.
I then relocated to Vancouver, British Columbia, where I worked as an HR Administrator at Paradox International, strengthening my capabilities in HR processes, employee support, and organizational coordination. My professional journey eventually led me to the United States, where I joined Mangowellness in Orlando, Florida, as an HR Operations Coordinator, further expanding my experience across HR operations, employee engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Looking back, every role, every country, and every person I met has shaped who I am today. My life story is still being written, but one theme remains constant, people. Understanding them, supporting them, and helping them find the right opportunities is not just my profession; it is the path I was meant to follow.
